According to many media reports, the former prime minister suffered some health issues, due to which he was hospitalized on the 23rd of January this year, and was facing some sort of health issues. He is 96 years old as of now, and until now the death rumors are flourishing because of the hospitalization.

Recently about 4 days ago, a Tweet was posted from Mahathir’s account and it clarified the relations between Kazakhstan and Malaysia. The post explained how the countries are in a way exchanging goods and are at peace with each other. The post was not a while ago, and his family later clarified that the news getting rumored is fake and Mahathir is all fine. They thanked everyone for their prayers and love, and they asked the civilians to not trust the rumors. Hence it was clarified that Mahathir is all right and fine, and the news that is circulated is just fake.
