Over the last few years and the last few months, the condition in the jail is getting worse and more and more killing cases have been occurring in the few months. As per the sources, James was the third person to be killed in a row, and also the supporters and the staff have been continuously warned about the dangerous conditions that have been ongoing in the jail. James’s family has filed a case against the Bureau of prison and also the prison employees after the death of James. The family members were devastated to hear about the unimaginable and untimely death of James in jail and they said that the jail in which James was transferred was called Misery Mountain for a reason.
Why Was Fotois Freddy Geas Arrested? Reason
As said by the sources and the officials, the one accused among the three that killed James was said to be Freddy geas and he was earlier a hitman working for the West Springfield mob. Back in 2018, James’s body was found in the cell on the 13th of October at the Penitentiary Hazelton in Bruceton Mills. At that time James was 89 years old and he was moved from the jail in Florida to this jail only twelve hours before. The three accused in this case were Paul J deCologero, Geas, and Sean McKinnon. The three of them were all murderers accused of killing someone earlier than this in first-degree murder charges. Paul and Geas hit James on his head multiple times when they approached to kill him and they were also accused of planning the murder of someone else as well.
Fotois Freddy Geas All Charges & Allegations
Geas is a murderer spending his life in jail amid a life sentence and if another case of him comes up for sure he will be given a death sentence. He is a 55 years old man who used to work for the Genovese Crime family which is in New York. He was sent to jail because of the murder charges laid on him for killing Gary D Westerman and Adolfo Big Al Bruno in Springfield. Geas killed the two by shooting them in their heads and also beating them with a shovel. Of the three accused, Geas is in Hazelton still and DeCologero is shifted to a different federal prison. Geas is a married man sharing a daughter with his wife named Taylor Geas who writes letters to her father.
