Jacob Arellano Car Crash Accident
The crash occurred at Spur 408 northbound at West Kiest Boulevard before midnight on Tuesday and Jacob was on his way to his duty when he was fully dressed in his uniform and a car that was coming from the opposite direction struck his car. Jacob’s car was hit by an SUV which was coming from the wrong way and then Jacob’s car then veered into the right lane where his car again got struck by a tractor-trailer and rolled multiple times, as a result of which Jacob sustained various injuries and by the time he was transferred to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries, and the person who was driving the SUV was taken to the hospital as well and he remains in a critical condition.

Jacob was only 25 years old at the time of his death and he was even hospitalized but he did not survive. Jacob passed away on Wednesday morning after suffering a major crash on Tuesday and the police department has revealed that the police driver of the SUV was intoxicated when he was driving the car. Police chief Eddie Garcia announced the demise of Jacob and said Rest in Easy Jacob while he asked people to keep Jacob in their prayers and also to keep his family, his little son, and his girlfriend as well in their prayers. Jacob joined the department in 2019 and he is survived by his grandparents, his parents, and his girlfriend along with his newly born child.
What Happened With Jacob Arellano?
The whole department was heartbroken and some of the officers who were close to Jacob were sobbing and shedding tears while they were speaking about Jacob and honouring him. Police have revealed that the amount of intoxication while driving has increased in the past few years. Reports have shown that there were about 2000-1000 deaths from road accidents ad driving while intoxicated. As a result of which there are increased accidents and people die. These accidents occur between 2 am to 6 am in the morning when there is a spike of bars let out. Texas A and M Transportation Institute reports have suggested that the intoxications and accidents are metropolitan issues.
