According to the local police, the two women who were eating in a restaurant were not wearing any head scarves or were not hiding their hair, which was clicked by the men in the restaurant and then they were detained by the Iran police. Donya Rad was one of the two ladies who were seated in the restaurant and the pictures of the two women were posted online sooner they were arrested without any pre-notice. Donya’s sister who spoke to the media said that her sister was called upon by the police and she was asked to defend her acts while the police detained her and the family was asking for justice while the women were just hanging out.

Meanwhile, many people are getting detained because they are not following the hijab and covering hair protocol of the country and this is getting violated by the citizens on a large scale and people are protesting against it. While there were many people including celebrities like Football player Hossein Mahini and his daughter and former president Ali Akbar who were arrested. There are many protocols and protests that are being carried out and people are against the hijab law that is getting forced upon people. Meanwhile, earlier as well many people were arrested and including many celebrities as well. Singer Shervin Jaipur as well was arrested after he released a song based on the Tweets that people were posting against the hijab law and it was revealed that it hurt the people’s sentiments and also against the law. Meanwhile, several footages of girls taking their hijab off and throwing it in fie was trending online and many people were opposing the hijab law Iranian government.
